Refunds

At Lorveno, we take pride in the quality of our premium products. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition.

  • Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Return Pickup / Collection

If your return request is approved, we will arrange for the pickup from your provided address.

  • Pickup/Collection charges (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout or communicated during the return process.

  • We aim to make the process smooth, transparent, and convenient for you.
